Can I conduct phone calls from my shared workspace?

Our share workspaces are classified as “silent workstations”! But there shouldn't be a problem if there's no one else in the desk area or room when you try to make or take a call on the phone. The rule that silent workstations are to be used helps those who are working nearby avoid being distracted.

Can I meet a client or work with someone at my desk?

No, shared workspaces are considered "silent workstations" as they are personal working stations

How many people can share a workspace?

There is a restriction of only one person at a time, with a maximum of two people per agreement; however, there is an additional charge of $25.00 per month for the second person.

Can I leave things on my desk when I am not there or decorate my shared workspace?

Monitors, keyboards, and docking stations for personal computers can be brought in as long as they are kept spotless and the cables are arranged in an organized fashion. Because you are working in a shared office with designated desks, you are responsible for securing any valuable items in a locked file cabinet when you are not present in the office

Rest assured, this deposit will be returned to you at the conclusion of your lease or usage term, provided that there are no damages incurred to our premises or equipment. Fees and fines shall be deducted from your deposit as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that an individual fails to honor their scheduled day or reservation, it shall result in the forfeiture of said day.

Do I need to sign a contract or agreement for the space?

Yes, in order to use any of our spaces, you will be required to sign a contract prior to use.
