Can I conduct phone calls from my shared workspace?

Our share workspaces are classified as “silent workstations”! But there shouldn't be a problem if there's no one else in the desk area or room when you try to make or take a call on the phone. The rule that silent workstations are to be used helps those who are working nearby avoid being distracted.

Can I meet a client or work with someone at my desk?

No, shared workspaces are considered "silent workstations" as they are personal working stations

How many people can share a workspace?

There is a restriction of only one person at a time, with a maximum of two people per agreement; however, there is an additional charge of $25.00 per month for the second person.

Can I leave things on my desk when I am not there or decorate my shared workspace?

Monitors, keyboards, and docking stations for personal computers can be brought in as long as they are kept spotless and the cables are arranged in an organized fashion. Because you are working in a shared office with designated desks, you are responsible for securing any valuable items in a locked file cabinet when you are not present in the office

Is there a deposit required to lease a shared workspace?

Yes, a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required for the lease of a shared workspace. Please be advised that a deposit is necessary upon the execution of your lease agreement. Rest assured, this deposit will be returned to you at the conclusion of your lease or usage term, provided that there are no damages incurred to our premises or equipment. Fees and fines shall be deducted from your deposit as well.

Are there any restrictions or rules I should be aware of?

Renters of our meeting room can not charge an admission fee for participates to attend the meeting

Occupancy Limits: a maximum occupancy limit per lease holder is 2 people this is the professional and one client and is strictly enforced to ensure safety and prevent overcrowding of the room.

Equipment Use: The computer and the phone system that in the room are available for use. You are only permitted to use the equipment and supplies that is at your designated desk,

Noise Levels: Users must be respectful of neighboring tenants or rooms and keep the noise level to a moderate tone.

Security Measures: We are not responsible for any un attended items

Liability and Damage: You are fully liable for damage to the equipment, facility, and furniture. The responsibility for repair or replacement costs will be applied to the renter of the space.

Insurance: Insurance is required users of the space. Renter must provide proof of liability insurance to cover potential accidents or damages during their use of the room.
