How do I book a meeting room?

Meeting rooms can be reserved online, in-person or over the phone

What are your meeting room rental rates?

The rate to rent a meeting room is $25.00 an hour. However if you are a lease holder meeting rooms usage is included in your lease and will be deducted from your creative space hours.

What is included in the rental fee?

A Phone, smart TV, dry erase board, notepads, and pens

Are there any additional services available, such as catering or technical support?

Technical Support is avail by contacting the front desk.

Catering is avail from G and A Island Jerk- by contacting [email protected]

Branding and marketing materials are avail from AR Consulting located in Suite G1 or by contacting them via their website consultwithar.com

Can I bring my own catering or refreshments?

Yes you are able to bring your own catering and refreshments however a $15.00 cleaning fee will be applied to your meeting rental

What are your business hours?

Yes a discount a 10% discount will be applied if a person is renting the meeting room 2 or more times a week

Are there any restrictions or rules I should be aware of?

Renters of our meeting room can not charge an admission fee for participates to attend the meeting

Occupancy Limits: a maximum occupancy limit of 12 people is set to ensure safety and prevent overcrowding.

Equipment Use: The equipment in the room are available for use additional charges for other equipment will apply on a case by case basis.

Noise Levels: Users must be respectful of neighboring tenants or rooms and keep the noise level to a moderate tone.

Security Measures: We are not responsible for any un attended items

Liability and Damage: You are fully liable for damage to the equipment or facilities and the responsibility for repair or replacement costs will be applied to the renter of the space.

Insurance: Insurance is required for users using the space to shoot any type of production. Renter must provide proof of liability insurance to cover potential accidents or damages during their use of the room.

Technical Support is avail by contacting the front desk.
